Harrell Heights park is a one acre neighborhood park that the City of Live Oak developed with a FRDAP grant in 2008. The quiet park features a modern style playground for ages 5-12, a covered picnic pavilion with three picnic tables, a grill, handicap parking slab and open and wooded play areas with plant and tree interpretative signage. There are no restroom facilities at this park
